Question:

Good morning. I noticed yesterday that the rear end cap, rear tire holder and bike tire strap are all missing from my Inno bike roof rack that was installed on my 2013 Toyota Highlander at the time of purchase. The rubber is all super faded and I am unable to see any product numbers. Do you carry these replacement parts? I can send pictures of what Im talking about because the missing parts are only gone from one side. Thank you.

Thanks for the email and the pictures! The Replacement Rear Wheel Cradle for Inno Roof Bike Rack item # IN26RR looks like the one in your picture. It fits the Inno Multi Fork Lock Roof Bike Rack and the Inno Roof Bike Rack item # IN26VR. So you have one of these models.

We have the Replacement Wheel Strap for Inno Roof Bike Rack item # IN98RR and the Replacement End Cap for Inno Roof Bike Rack item # IN38RR but it doesn't look like you need them.

It looks like you need the Replacement Quick Lever Assembly for Inno Roof Bike Rack item # IN58RR and the main unit which we do not sell. If you have to replace the main unit I recommend upgrading to a new bike rack instead. It'll be more cost effective to purchase a brand new Inno Roof Bike Rack for 1 Bike item # IN26VR then to replace all the parts.
