Heavier bikes need a rack built to match. The Inno Tire Hold 4-Bike Rack carries up to 160 lbs total, with the inner trays handling 60 lbs per bike and the outer trays supporting 40 lbs each. That’s strong enough for e-bikes, carbon frames, and bikes with big forks—all held steady on a solid 118-lb aluminum frame finished with a corrosion-resistant black powder coat. With room for up to 48" wheelbases and tires up to 3" wide, it’s made for everything from narrow 18c road tires to semi-fat mountain setups.
Forget about frame clamps and adapters. The Tire Hold’s pivoting upright arms secure each bike by the wheels only, keeping carbon frames and custom paint safe from scratches. The adjustable grips slide to fit 20"–29" wheels, locking down with a simple press until snug. No frame contact, no stress—and no juggling uneven bar heights or frame shapes.

Getting into your cargo area shouldn’t mean unloading your bikes. The Inno tilts down—loaded or not—using a front-mounted hand lever that’s easy to reach. Just squeeze until you see the red indicator, tilt, and get what you need. When you’re done riding, fold the rack up to save space in tight parking spots or garages.

Rattles and wobble are out. The built-in anti-rattle wedge tightens into the hitch using a hand knob—no tools needed—and a keyed lock secures the rack in place. The same lock works with the included steel cable to keep your bikes secure on the rack. Once the integrated stopper is set, reinstalling is automatic; the hitch pin holes line up perfectly every time.

Handlebar tangles are history. The long, grooved wheel trays let you slide and offset bikes so parts don’t bump or scrape. Three tire grooves in each tray handle different widths—from road to mountain—and make it easy to dial in spacing for clean, stable transport every trip.

This is a good rack, however at over a hundred pounds I can understand wanting to look for a different rack. I recommend taking a look at part # Y02443-2 which does allow you to carry 2 or 4 bikes.

We do carry 4 bike racks that are detachable to allow you to carry two or four bikes. I recommend looking at part # BA22B-BA02B. It does weigh approximately 107 pounds.

our bike rack is working out very well. We load 4 ebikes on there with ease even though we are maxing out the weight rating. Very satisfied and would recommend it anyone looking for a bike rack.

Alright, after two years of owning this rack it is still holding up perfectly. I will likely buy the 2 bike version for my kiddo to use as she heads off to college.
