I haven’t enough clearance between my bumper and my RV to install ? Any ideas

Do you have any pictures of the setup? Without clearance I would say there isn't a way to install the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99049 but maybe there's a different way to look at it.
