How High Does Hitch for 2023 Toyota RAV4 Sit

Question:

Good day. Do you offer a hitch for a 2023 RAV4 Adventure that sits as high as the OEM version? I see the new Oris hidden hitch, but it looks like it sits much lower than the OEM style. Im concerned about departure angles when towing a pontoon boat specifically.

Hey Damian, all of the hitches we offer for your 2023 Toyota RAV4 like the Curt # C77MJ fit up to the bottom of the rear bumper but are not up higher like the OEM hitch. I attached a picture of this hitch installed for you to check out and see. We've yet to hear from any customers with this hitch who had ground clearance issues though so I would assume you'd be okay.

Hey Damian, did you get a chance to look at the picture of the Curt hitch installed? I'm curious if you decided to go with it and how it worked out for your towing needs. Your experience could really help others with similar concerns about ground clearance.
