Looking For Replacement Shrouds For 2 Older Dometic Units

Question:
Have hail damage to both dometic air conditioner units on a 2002 newmar Dutch Star the housings are full of cracks and holes. They are both 15000 but models, but the rear unit was replaced 6 years ago. Cannot locate the model numbers, how likely is it that the correct housing covers are still available? Thanks

Hey Rob,
It is very likely the replacement shrouds are still available and I am sure we carry them. It is difficult to locate the exact one without a model number, but if you are able to send me some photos of the unit(s) I can do some digging and figure out the best one for that setup. Another place you may try looking is the inside ceiling unit, that may have an indicator or number for that unit that I can use to match up with the correct AC.
Let me know if you get any information off of the ceiling unit, or email me some photos and I will find which one you need.
