The Replacement 12-Volt Variable Speed Fan Motor # MA10-20968 does not have a warranty. We have a returns policy, that I'm linking for you to check out, but that won't be the same as a warranty.
Most replacement parts like this don't come with a warranty, but if your roof vent is still under warranty then you might be able to get the motor replaced under that.
How long have you had your roof vent?

Thanks for this Jon. FYI — In the interim before you replied to my question I called MaxxAir to try to trouble shoot further. I’m that process the MaxxAir rep told me the fan had a one year warranty.
