Hey David, for your Swagman Escapee the only solution we have is the threaded hitch pin lock # S64027 which comes with the lock cylinder as well as a new hitch pin. We don't have just the bolt portion.

Hey David, did the threaded hitch pin lock with the lock cylinder work out for your Swagman Escapee bike carrier? I'm asking because your experience could help others looking for a similar solution.
