I plan to add a trailer hitch to my 2024 Dodge Durango. Im uncertain what wiring package to purchase. Id appreciate your guidance. Thank you

I see you purchased the curt T-Connector # C56336 to pair with your etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98901. This will work out great for you, and I'm glad to see you also got the Mounting Brackets # 18144 and # 18136 to keep the 4-Way located next to your hitch receiver.
Do you plan on installing the hitch and wiring on your own, or are you looking to have a shop do the install?
