Hey Mike, yes you can flat tow your 2017 Jeep Wrangler using the D-rings. You will need to select the correct D-ring adapter based on the size of your D-rings though. If the D-rings are 3/4 inch thick then the # RM-035 would be correct adapter to go with for use with a Roadmaster tow bar like the Falcon 2 part # RM-520.
If instead they are 1 inch thick you would need the part # RM-035-1 and also a Roadmaster tow bar.

I called Warn and they said their Warn Elite Front Bumper is NOT rated for flat towing. So a separate Roadmaster base plate RM24VR is needed. Do you agree?
