Do the wheels come balanced?

Hey Ronald, all of our trailer wheel and tire combos including the Karrier ST185/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire with 13" Aluminum Wheel # KE33JR do not come balanced. Generally speaking trailer wheels do not need to get balanced nor do most people notice much of an improvement when they do so.
Now we do offer balance beads you can insert into the valve stem of the tire and they will balance it internally with the part # CA58VR if that's something you'd be interested in?
