Ready for the road, this pre-mounted tire and wheel combo handles your gear with confidence. Aluminum wheel resists corrosion, and the low-profile tire helps boost fuel efficiency.
This combo comes pre-mounted and aired up, so it's ready to install right out of the box. Whether you're replacing a worn-out setup or prepping a new trailer, you'll save time and skip the hassle of separate mounting and inflation.
With a Load Range C rating, this tire offers strong hauling capacity for gear, tools, or recreational equipment. A great choice for steady performance without upsizing your setup.
This popular bolt pattern works with many common utility, cargo, and boat trailers. It's a reliable match for most small to mid-size trailers, so you can tow with confidence knowing it fits right.
The KR35 tread is engineered to help channel water away from the contact patch, improving grip and stability on wet pavement. Whether you're towing through rain or shine, it keeps your trailer tracking with confidence.
Radial construction helps reduce heat buildup and extend tread life. The included aluminum wheel features a corrosion-resistant satin black machined finish that stands up to weather, grime, and road wear.
If the tire fails under normal use in the first year, it gets replaced - simple as that. It's just one more way Kenda's helping you tow with confidence, mile after mile.
If the tire fails under normal use in the first year, Kenda will replace it. That's confidence you can count on, whether you're heading to the jobsite or the campsite.
Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are (also called bolt holes)
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hi, everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Kenda Karrier KR35 ST185/80R13 Load Range C radial trailer tire with 13-inch black AM09 wheel that it's mounted on here. So this is gonna be a ready-to-go trailer tire and wheel combo. So it means that the tire is going to be already mounted on this wheel, obviously. No extra assembly is gonna be required. You just install it and hit the road.
So as I mentioned at the beginning of our time together and as we have stamped on our tire, this is an ST185/80R13 radial trailer tire. This is designed for trailer use only. And so this is gonna be a relatively common size for small to medium-sized trailers. It's built with a Load Range C rating and it can handle up to 1,477 pounds at 50 PSI. So this is gonna be solid for hauling things, like utility trailers, small campers, or boat trailers.
Now this is mounted on a 13-inch in diameter aluminum wheel and it's a very attractive wheel in my opinion. It has a really nice satin black machine finish. So it's not just functional, it actually looks pretty sharp as well. It uses a five on four and a half inch bolt pattern, which is one of the more common trailer patterns. So it's gonna fit a wide variety of trailers.
If you need help measuring your bolt pattern on your trailer to make sure that this is going to work for you, a little bit lower on this product page, we do walk you step by step on how you can measure your bolt pattern. Performance-wise, this tire uses a radial construction, which helps it run cooler and wear more evenly over time. So it basically means it's gonna have longer life, more reliable trips. The tread design is Kenda's KR35. It's built to channel water away, so you can get better traction in those wet conditions and more confidence when towing in the rain.
But as for the wheel itself, it's rated a bit higher than the tire at 1,740 pounds, but you're still limited to the capacity of the tire itself, but the wheel's gonna be more than capable of supporting the tire load's capacity. As I mentioned, the diameter is 13 inches and the width is going to be four and a half inches. It does use the standard half inch by 20 wheel studs. I think it's gonna wrap up our look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
