I have a Thule Evolution with ubolts that have a 3inch space. Ive changed vehicles and now have a Kia Sorento with a 3-1/2inch wide bar that the carrier will attach to. Does Thule make a ubolt and quick snap for a 3-1/2inch bar that I can switch out to?

Hey Blair. I do have a replacement u-bolt kit that will work with the Thule Evolution that fits 3-1/2" crossbars. It is the Replacement Hardware Kit for Searsbox Cargo Box item # TH05603. These u-bolts measure 3-3/4" wide by 2" tall.
If you have to move the mounting locations, you can drill new holes and then use gasket sealant item # LT37467 to seal the other holes.
