Hello Greg, thanks for reaching out. The correct Roadmaster Base Plate for your 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee is part # RM77ZR if you have tow hooks and no lower air shutters. If you have lower air shutters and no tow hooks use part # RM75GR. Or if you have no tow hooks or shutters use part # RM76RR.

For a brake system, what I recommend is the Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251. This is by far our most popular and most durable brake system. It juts works. Every time. It installs permanently on the vehicle so when you are ready to tow you just plug in and go. Take a look at the video I linked for you below.

Here are the rest of the parts I recommend for your flat tow setup:

- etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates - RV Mount - 6,000 lbs # e74ZR

- Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 7-Way to 6-Way Coiled Adapter Cord # RM-15267

- Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25

You may end up needing a drop hitch like part # BLU28XR to compensate for any height difference between the base plate arms and the hitch on your RV. Any difference of more than 3" requires a drop hitch.

Take a look at the install videos I linked for you below. If you have any questions or need anything else feel free to reach out and I am happy to continue to assist.
