Progressive Dynamics Converter/Charger for 2019 Georgetown 30X3 for LiFePO4 Battery Conversion

Question:

I currently have a PD9270 converter in my RV 2019 Georgetown 30X3. I want to upgrade to LiFePO4 batteries so it appears that I should move up to a PD9300 series converter. The confusing part is do I go one size smaller with the 60 amp converter or one size larger with the 80 amp converter?

Hey Mike, I would recommend going with a size larger with the Progressive Dynamics part # PD89RR as having more amperage than needed is better than not enough. If you went down in amperage your charging system wouldn't be able to keep up as well potentially.
