Question:
our 2006 kz jag 32 foot trailer came equipped with a wfco 8935 converter. can i install your 45 amp converter?

It looks like the WFCO 8935 is a 35 Amp converter, so you're not going to be able to install the Progressive Dynamics # PD9245C because it is rated for 45 amps. Adding a higher amp rating converter to your system could potentially cause overheating of the wiring on your 2006 KZ Jag camper, which could cause damage to the wiring system and/or fires.
If your current converter has gone bad, you can use the # PD4635V which is listed as a direct replacement option for your WFCO 8935.
