It was an easy swap out with the existing unit that did not charge AGM batteries. I upgraded our dual batteries to AGMs, and now I don't have to worry that our new house batteries will remain fully charged! The original unit, WF-9875, a couple of years old, was also starting to fail. Again, etrailer came through again.
It was exactly what we needed. We ordered from two other companies and they sent the incorrect part.
Other than a having to Wait for manufacturer to ship to etrailer. Etrailer got it out as soon as they received it and kept me informed all along the way

We had to replace our old PD converter and this one was Super easy to install. Popped right in and works like a dream.
Item has not been installed yet or used so I can only speak to delivery etc.
Item delivered to northern Alberta. Arrived very quickly without hassle. Shipment tracking was probably the best I have ever seen with items coming from abroad. Upon opening I noted the unit is in good shape but the manual got damaged (probably from rubbing against unit) but I'm sure I can get one online.
Probably my bad, but I wanted and ordered a remote pendant as I wasn't sure if one came with the unit. Well, one did come with the unit so now I have 2. Ultimately it would have been nice if someone at etrailer had noticed the potential double order and contacted me. Would have saved me $30 Canadian.
Overall, as long as everything works when I install it in the spring, this has been a very positive experience and I'm super excited to switch over to lithium RV batteries.

First caveat: It requires a 20-amp outlet (comes with 20-amp) plug. Not entirely sure it will need a 20-amp outlet. The 20-amp outlet/plug is not specifically mentioned on the website or in any of the documentation. Only sharp-eyed individuals will notice the odd plug. Over all, seems to be the same quality as their other products. Previous unit died @ 2 years old. Not sure why it died. Did post-mortem on it and no obvious signs of death. Internal fuse still good.
Easy install as a replacement
I installed my new converter today. Installation was straightforward and easy. It seems to working correctly.
Prompt delivery, easy install, up and r unning.

Easy to install. Seems to be working as described. Keeps agm batteries charged.
Works as expected. No wires come with it, just the converter.
In the process of changing over to Lithium I wanted a brand I trusted. Progressive has been around the RV world nearly as long as I have, 50+ years. Their products work for a very long tine.
I could buy this wholesale, I did want to wait weeks and the price difference was not that big and it got to me a couple of days. These people get it, Thanks.
