Solution for MaxxAir RV Roof Vent Cover that Rubs On Lid When Opening and Closing

Question:
Installed a max air fan mate ez clip vent cover on 2024 Artic wolf fifth wheel. When lowering vent lid it’s fine but rubs on lower front right side. Anyway to adjust this, with the pins I see no way to. Thank

Hey Charles, how bad is it rubbing? Does it still allow the lid to close and open fully? If so, you might just leave it as-is and you'll be fine. Or you could take some sandpaper to the area it rubs on either the lid or the cover to make some additional clearance. There isn't an adjustment that can compensate for this.

Thank you for the response, I trimmed out a little on the plastic inside cover and it doesn’t hit.
