Hey Jake, there's a few things you'll want to check so that we can match up a hub for your 1993 Ranger Trail bass boat trailer. You'll first want to measure the lug pattern / wheel bolt pattern. I've attached an article to help with this (some common sizes are 5 on 4-1/2", 4 on 4" etc).
Next you'll want to either get the axle capacity of your trailer, or pull off the hub and get the bearing numbers so we can match up the correct hub.
For example, the Trailer Hub Assembly - 2,200-lb E-Z Lube Axle - 5 on 4-1/2 - 13" - 15" Wheels - Galvanized # 8-258-50UC1-EZ you were looking at is for a 2,200lb axle and fits 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern; this also uses and includes Inner bearing: L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) and Outer bearing: L44649 (1.063" inner diameter). Let me know if you need anything else!
