What is the Measurement from the Top of the Crossbar to the Bottom of the Base?

Question:
What is the height at the top of the crossbar from the bottom of the base of that mounting bar? It looks to be about 12 or 15.

Looks like you were right on the money! The Malone Crossbar Conversion Kit for Standard Utility Trailer # MPG475 is 12" from the top of the crossbar from the bottom of the base. I attached an image with all the dimensions for you.
