Hey Jeff, yes the Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain Tow Bar # RM-676 is compatible with the Roadmaster Direct Connect base plate kits like what you have on your 2010 Hyunda Elantra # 521624-1.

James, I never used the towbar as I am using a different vehicle with blue ox brackets. Not sure if there are parts that allow using the roadmaster with blue ox. It's still in the box and never opened. Thank you.
