Question:
Do you carry a trailer wiring harness for a 2014 Ford E350 Super Duty van? I am looking for the 7 pin flat for the electrical braking system. The van does not have any existing trailer wiring. It does have the brake connector in the dashboard. Thanks.

Hey Frank! It sounds like your 2014 Ford E350 van doesn't have the factory towing package so you will need to install two harnesses to add a 7-way connector. The first one you'll need is the Curt item # C56020. The custom fit t-connectors plugs into your Ford's existing wiring behind the tail lights. It will provide you with a 4-way connector.
The second harness you will need is the Universal Installation Kit item # ETBC7. The kit includes a pre-wired 7- and 4-way trailer connector that mounts easily at the rear of your van with an included bracket. This kit is designed for use on a vehicle with an existing 4-way flat trailer connector and plugs directly into it. You will then connect the blue wire to the blue wire on the brake controller, connect the black wire to the positive post on the vehicle's battery, the white wire to ground, and the yellow wire to vehicle's reverse circuit if applicable. This will provide you with the ability to control your trailer's brakes and also provide you with a 12v power wire for you trailer's accessory lights.
That's really interesting you have a brake controller but no trailer wiring. I recommend taking a look behind your rear bumper and seeing if you have a connector that looks like item # 20147. It could be taped up out of the way and hidden. If you find this all you will need is the Mighty Cord Replacement 7-Way RV Style Trailer Connector item # A10-7072VP.
I have linked a couple of installation videos below so you can see how to get these parts set up. If you have any additional questions feel free to reach out in the comment box below.

Hey Frank, how did things go getting the 7-way connector set up on your E350 van? Were you able to find that hidden factory connector behind the bumper, or did you end up using the Curt and ETBC7 harnesses? Your update could make it easier for others working on the same wiring setup.
