Question:
I have a 2024 Power Wagon and need to beef up the rear suspension to tow a light 5th wheel. Is there anything other then air bags I should consider ? Which air bags would you recommend ? I also have a pullrite superglide I removed from my old truck and need the bed mounting bracket to reinstall in my new truck. I also need the pullrite plate that goes on the 5th wheel connect. Thank you !

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out. Air bags are going to be the best option for this. For your 2024 Ram 2500 Power Wagon I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57289. The main reason being the air bag brackets are made to be compatible with the in-bed 5th wheel hitch brackets. This way you can beef up the suspension and level out your ride while you are towing. Then you can reduce the PSI during normal driving to get back to the normal factory ride. A lot of other suspension enhancement options can help when towing, but can make the ride more rough when not under a load. With air bags you can fine-tune your suspension to avoid that.
Air bag kits are best when paired with an onboard compressor. For that I recommend the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 which can be controller with the Air Lift smartphone app, or with the included remote.
As far as your PullRite, I can definitely help, but I will need a bit more info.
First, is your pullrite hitch set up for an OEM puck system? Or does it attach to in-bed 5th wheel rails? If it is for an OEM puck system, what was the year, make and model of your old truck?
Also, does your new truck have the OEM puck system in the bed? Or are you going to need a rail kit?
Sorry for all the questions lol, just want to be sure we are on the same page. Reply below and I will get back to you.

Thank you for all that information. My truck is not equipped with the Puck system. I will need the basic rail system which is how I had it installed in my last truck. Also, I see those air bags do not have an internal bump stop. Is there another model with the bump stop so that I can completely air down when not towing ? Thanks again.
