Heavy loads can make a truck squat in the rear, throwing off steering and braking. The LoadLifter 5000 air springs provide up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support to keep things balanced. With your ride leveled front to rear, handling feels solid, headlight aim stays correct, and braking performance stays steady even with serious weight in the back.
Every haul is different, so being able to fine-tune support matters. These air springs let you adjust pressure anywhere from 5 psi to 100 psi for the right balance between comfort and control. Inflate each spring independently for side-to-side leveling when loads are off-center. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included and can be mounted on the bumper for easy access. Add an optional compressor system later if you want in-cab control.
Air Lift uses 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber for strength and durability under pressure. The endcaps are made from high-strength Zytel nylon that’s lighter, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than steel. Exclusive upper and lower roll plates help protect the air springs from abrasion and boost load capacity. This design reduces strain on your factory suspension so you can haul heavy cargo without bottoming out or wearing components prematurely.
Bouncing, sway, and road shock are common with heavy trailers or uneven loads. These air springs absorb those hits and keep your truck stable over bumps, through curves, and on rough highways. By distributing weight evenly across all four wheels, they help tires wear evenly and steering stay consistent mile after mile.
The LoadLifter 5000 kit comes ready to install with brackets, hardware, manual valves, and air lines included. Once mounted, you just inflate the springs to the pressure that keeps your truck at normal ride height. It’s a simple way to get full-time load support without complex modifications or downtime.

these are a great product
Customer service is over the top great.
The remote works great with these
Excellent service.
everything was there and went together just as the instructions stated and fit well.
The bags are great, the box broke open at the seam in transit one of the long carriage bolts broke through a parts bag and several pieces of hardware fell out of the box that I had to replace to complete the install.
Box was re-taped closed and had large gaps. Items inside were scratched and not organized like my previous airlift airbags. Instructions were torn and dirty. Looks like this was a returned item, not new?
Works as advertised! Truck rides smoothly and does what it supposed to do when I laod my camper which at 5k lbs!
Easy to install, work fine, fast shippi ng
They work great but I get really tired of airing them up every week
They fit well and had good instructions. Have not used them yet but am sure they will help.
They are great. Did just what I needed. The truck is a lemon so Ford bought it back.
Helper Springs are a great assist for the Ford SuperDuty when pulling my 42’ 5th wheel by bringing the truck to normal ride level while driving.
The only issue I have is keeping the slow leak on one side aired up. The leak is at the connector line on top of the bag where the line goes in. I’ve removed, trimmed and reinserted multiple times to ensure it’s secure to no avail.
The installation was not that difficult. I did not use the wire harness bracket supplied, my 2024 F250 I unplugged the harness form the truck sided bracket all the lines run up to and rerouted the harness much cleaner installation

Airlift Bags have performed well, compressor does adjust more at low pressure 10 psi I assume for air temp change, I have checked for leaks multiple time and none found. 6500 towing miles at 80 psi with little auto adjusting pressure and no issues.
Install on a 2026 F350 SRW. Love the product and have zero issues with that itself. The reason for the 4 star is the clearance with the factory sway bar and brake lines. It does mention that in the instructions, however it's extremely tight and I'll definitely be checked for rubbing in the future to make sure I don't have clearance issues. Otherwise, they work great paired with the Airlift WirelessAIR compressory system, zero complaints on the usability of the product.

That doesn't sound normal, Sid. Have you tried the soapy water method to see if there were any leaks on the bags or the lines at all? I'd definitely try that to see if there are any leaking issues.
