When you hitch a trailer or haul a heavy load, rear-end squat can throw off your steering and braking. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate air springs provide up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling support to keep your truck level and stable. The 7" diameter double-bellows design gives you more air volume for greater strength at lower pressure, helping maintain safe headlight aim, proper tire wear, and confident control on the road.
Big loads shouldn’t mean a harsh ride. Each air spring includes an internal jounce bumper that cushions impacts when the system is underinflated or uninflated. This built-in safeguard prevents damage to the air bags and helps absorb bumps for a smoother, more comfortable drive whether the truck is loaded or empty.
Every haul is different, so being able to dial in your suspension is key. The LoadLifter 7500 XL Ultimate lets you manually adjust pressure from 5 psi to 100 psi to match the weight you’re carrying. Inflate both bags to level the truck front to rear or adjust them independently to balance off-center loads. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included, and compressor systems with in-cab gauges can be added if you want on-the-fly control.
These air springs are made for long-term reliability. Each bag is constructed of 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber with high-strength Zytel nylon end caps that are lighter and more corrosion resistant than steel. Exclusive upper and lower roll plates protect the air bags from damage and increase their load capacity. With durable mounting brackets and hardware included, this setup delivers dependable suspension support trip after trip.

First review was for Air Pump AL7400. Item AL89DQ installed on 2025 F350 Longbox. LOVE THEM! The airbags make for a level tow for our 5th wheel that as a tongue weight of 3,100 lbs. The ride with the 5th wheel trailer at 70psi is much improved. Level and fills like you are riding on a cloud. Yes, when not towing, and filled to 7psi, the load is a little more stiff than without the bags. To be expected though. Prior to installation, take time to confirm you received ALL parts including hardware pieces as I was missing the required M10 x 1.5 nut. I suggest watching the video a couple of times and keep it handy to review again along with the written instructions during installation. One thing not in the video, I suggest to remove both rear shocks to make placement of the assembled air boots MUCH easier as it gives you more open area to maneuver each into place. Installation took about 8hrs laying on my garage floor. You will need both Imperial and Metric sockets deep wrenches to complete the job. Purchase a new tube cutting tool to insure a clean cut on your air tubes. $10 to avoid air leak frustrations is a bargain. As I have a long box, cutting the first tube to the correct length is a must as there is not much extra tube available. I think I had 6 inches of waste and could not route it my preferred way. Have additional zip ties available so you can snug the air tubes to an existing harness or frame location.
