Is the regulator working okay? Is it below freezing where you are? They tend to freeze up below freezing (regulator) so that could be preventing the propane from getting to the water heater.

The LP tank is full and inside where it’s warm. The regulator is brand new. So it has to be the unit. Maybe it got broken in transit? There is something obviously wrong with it. So it not the instillation and it not the lp or the regulated. Any other ideas other then returning the unit for a refund . I must say I am more than a little disappointed with this unit. Any other ideas??

@Bill Aside from having maybe an HVAC person look at it I am not really sure. If I am being totally honest this is not my favorite tankless water heater because of oddball issues like this. I tend to recommend the furrion.
