Question:
I have a Yakima Holdup bike rack for 2 carrier and when I put the bicycles on the carrier with a cover it blocks the lights on my truck. I am wanting to install lights on this carrier. I would like lights that are removable and can be plugged in to my existing 7 or 4 pin receptacle on my truck. Maybe magnetic or maybe attached with a bracket? Please brainstorm and let me know your recommendations. Thank you

Hey Rick! While we do not have anything magnetic, I do have a solution for you that we've had quite the success with. I recommend the Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights item # C53201. These auxiliary lights have a 3M backing to mount to the rear of your Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack item # Y02443 and will plug right in to your 4-way connector for power. The LEDs in each strip correspond with brake, turn, and running lights.
What kind of bikes do you have?

Thank you, that looks like it will work. I have a Norco E-Bike and my wife has a Trek E-Bike. It makes me fill like I'm in my 50's again. LOL
