I am looking at the etrailer xhd tow bar to hook to my 2016 F150 King Ranch. On the diode wiring kit, will this work with LED tail lights with rear radar?

Yes, it will Brian! The Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit item # RM-15267 will indeed work with your 2016 Ford F-150 and it's LED lighting.

Tow Bar and Safety Chains - etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar item # e94ZR
Base Plate Kit - etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # e86YR
Charge Line - Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
