Hello can this ball mount WS45VR be used in conjunction with this replacement shank Part number - 325-GH-503. Will it affect tow weight or tongue weight allowed ?

Hey John! The Weigh Safe 180 Hitch 2-Ball Mount # WS45VR and Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount # 325-GH-503 can be used together. The nice thing about the Gen-Y stacked receivers is they are so well built it doesn't reduce your tongue weight capacity like a traditional adapter would. Since this does add extra parts to your setup it would be a good idea to use an anti-rattle like the # GY88XR to reduce unwanted movement.
