i have a 2017 Ram 3500 megacab w a bradford alum flatbed with a gooseneck ball in a lower part od the bed. Im towing a 16 Cheeokee by forest river woldpack toy hauler. The king pin has a gooseneck adapter on it already. What adapter is needed for this hitch to use w my setup?

Hey Joe! If you have a gooseneck adapter on the toy hauler pin box it will be able to connect to your gooseneck hitch as is. However, looking at your picture I don't see that working with the recessed ball. Is the adapter on it in the picture? It doesn't look like it is but I can't quite tell. If it is not, does it have some kind of offset for additional clearance like the # CAB-C5GX1216?
If you're asking if there is an adapter to use the PullRite SuperGlide 5th Wheel Hitch # PUL63RR with your setup the answer is unfortunately no. This is designed to fit industry standard rails like # RP30035 and there is no rail adapter for a recessed gooseneck ball. You can install rails on there but depending on the flatbed design custom bracket fabrication may be required, I would reach out to Bradford to see if they have more information on this.
