Hey Monica! The Roadmaster Nighthawk All-Terrain Tow Bar item # RM-676 won't take you too long. Maybe 30 mins, including getting the vehicles lined up. It's easier if you have two people that's for sure.
Now, the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Flat Tow Brake System item # RM-8700 is going to take a minute or two. The estimated install time for a professional is 3 hours. I do not know your skill level but if this is your first time, I would double that.
I went ahead and linked the instructions below, along with a couple of review videos that will give you a brief walk through. I recommend taking a look at them and ensuring you are able to tackle the installation, especially of the braking system, before starting.
If you would like to get a full recommendation on a flat towing set up, feel free to email me directly or comment below with your vehicles; year, make, and model. If yours has a specific trim package that would be helpful information too. Hope to hear from you!
