Hey Doug,
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C94NR is confirmed to fit all sub models of the 2025 Buick Envision so you should have no problem installing it on yours. If you plan on doing the installation yourself then I recommend checking out Brad's installation video below for step by step instructions. This hitch has a slightly exposed crosstube, but the majority of it will be hidden behind the rear fascia/air dam. You can see this in the picture attached below.
If you're planning on towing a trailer or want to add lights to a bike rack or cargo carrier then you'll also need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C56325 if you have the factory tow package or the Tekonsha # 119147KIT if you don't. I've attached Brad's installation video for the # C56325 below as well so you can see what this connector looks like so you can check if you have the tow package or not.
