Question:
I need a control module. I took my truck in for a repair because it wasnt working properly and after a few DAYs I got tired of waiting for a repair that I thought should have taken a day tops. I let my frustrations get the best of me and just picked up my truck, well turns out my module wasnt installed. When I returned and asked they said it was there. The new technician says it was not so im left in a bit of a pickle. Can you please help point me in the right direction.

Hey Charlie,
For a replacement control module for your Aries ActionTrac motorized running boards you'd need to reach out to Aries directly. They're a part of Curt and all under the Lippert umbrella so if you call Lippert they should be able to connect you with parts team for Aries and can get you the correct replacement for your model. You'll want to either have the part number or serial number of the running boards ready so that they can ensure they're sending you the correct unit.
