Hi I have a 2020 ford ranger with only the 4 prong trailer connection installed. I need to install a 7 blade connection that is capable of supporting a trailer brake controller. Can you please recommend which products I need.

Hey Emiliano,
What you're needing is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56431. This is a simple plug-in installation just behind the driver's side of your back bumper and it enables you to have a fully-functional 7-Way like you're looking for.
I also recommend checking out the mounting brackets # C83DR and # PK12711U for a quick and easy way to secure the 7-Way to the back of your Ranger.
