How to Get a Replacement for a 7K Torflex Axle
Updated 11/18/2025 | Published 12/24/2024 >
Question:
We have a 7,000 Dexter Torflex axle under our chipper. It is a 2007 Morbark M15. It needs to be replaced because the tires are excessively wearing on the insides. I cant find a replacement on your site and youve been our go-to for trailer parts. Can you help?

Hey Ryan, thanks for trusting us to be your go-to!
The Torflex axles are a specialty-type axle and while we don't have exact replacements for them, we do have the 7K Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # TASR7KS01 which gives you the same kind of performance, just with a different style of torsion.
If you want an exact replacement you'll need to talk with a local trailer shop, which is actually something we can still help you out with. I'm attaching a link to our dealer locator that you can use to find local shops we work with in your area. They might not be ordering a Torflex axle from us for this situation, but it'll give you a chance to establish a relationship with another resource to help keep your trailer operational.

Hey Ryan, were you able to find a replacement axle for your Morbark M15 after checking with a local trailer shop? Knowing what worked could help others trying to replace their Torflex axles too.
