You need a wheel that handles the load and keeps your trailer moving. This black wheel with red stripes adds a clean detail that makes your setup feel more put together every time you head out.
When your trailer is loaded down and ready to move, you need a wheel that can keep up. With a 2,860 lb capacity, this one gives you the support to handle heavier setups without second guessing your gear.
If you are tired of plain steel wheels blending in, this adds just enough detail to stand out. The black finish with red stripes gives your trailer a look that feels put together without going over the top.
Sometimes you just want a wheel that works with anything. The mod design keeps things straightforward, so it fits right in whether your trailer is all business or a little more dialed in.
If you are running a larger or heavier trailer, this setup lines up with what you likely already have. The 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern and 4.25 inch pilot diameter are common for higher capacity hubs, making swaps straightforward.
The 15 inch diameter and 6 inch width give you the size and support you need for bigger setups. It is a practical choice when your trailer calls for a larger wheel that can handle more weight.
Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are (also called bolt holes)
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look together at this Dexstar Steel Black with Red Stripes Mod Trailer Wheel. Now this trailer wheel is going to be a solid, straightforward option for you to consider. If you want something that's gonna look good, it's gonna fit a common setup, it's gonna hold up well for everyday towing. This features a black finish with double red stripes here around the inside perimeter here.
So that's gonna give your trailer a cleaner, more finished appearance without being overly flashy. The modular wheel design and the modular design is indicated by these circles here around the inner circle of the wheel. That's gonna kind of give you a classic style. It's gonna be easy to pair with just about any type of trailer. In terms of fitment, this wheel measures 15 inches in diameter, measuring beat seat to beat seat, and six inches with width.
Again, measuring beat seat to beat seat. So this is gonna be a good match for trailers designed around that wheel size. This uses a six on five and a half inch bolt pattern, which is one of the more common hub configurations for trailers. So compatibility is gonna be straightforward for many setups. If you don't know how to measure your bolt pattern on your trailer, take a look at this product page, scroll a little bit lower on the page.
We'll walk you through step by step on how you can measure your bolt pattern to make sure this is gonna work for you. This does not come with a center cap, but if you pick one up, you just wanna make sure that it fits a pilot diameter of 4.25 inches. That's gonna help ensure a proper fit on the hub. The wheel is built from steel, giving it the strength and durability needed for regular trailer use. And this also has a load capacity of 2,860 pounds.
So it's designed to support the weight requirements, again, of many utility, cargo and equipment trailers. But I'm a big fan of this design. I love the black with the double red pinstripe action. So looks great, looks attractive, classic yet a little bit modern. I GOT IT WITH OUT ANY TRUOUBLE THANKS
Good product so far and a good price.
Good quality and fast shipping
I am hoping before they lef You guys, they were minus all the paint chips and scratches. Whoever's doing your packing for these heavy a**. Rims needs to be fired. If I knew this was what free shipping got me, I would have paid for shipping and had it packed Where they would not be damaged.
Excellent rim for an 8K axle. Purchased as spare from my tilt trailer (matched the trailer rims).
First — the rims are the correct size
Product came extremely fast
The rims are heavier and built better than I expected
Trailer was great to work with
Exactly what I was needing
The rim was an exact match to the one that we needed to replace (1/2 in offset). The website is great with all the specs needed to know what you are ordering and the videos for each item it above and beyond most sites that only have a generic video to cover a range of items.
Thanks so much!
Very quick delivery, well packed, as ad vertised
Ordered 4 rims. First set didn’t get shipped even though I got an email saying so. Second set that was a reshipment showed up quick. One Rim had 2 cuts around the inside edge, nothing that affects durability so I hit them with a grinder and painted over them.
It’s the right size, it’s not as beefy where the lug nut hook up to the hub, but it’ll work fine…
Just as described in the add
Great products! Extremely fast delivery! Very happy with this company and will always order my products from them….
I ready like the black rims for my motorcycle trailer I am going to hookup my trailer w/bike and drive around the area to show off my new rims I will definitely buy from ur company thanks again for the rims
This review was delayed until the wheel trueness was check and was balanced . Tire was purchased at local tire shop. The wheel and tire only use 1oz to balance and will be use as a second spare. Yes I recommend ETrailer great Products!!
Great response timely shipping
Great product and service. The website gave detailed information I was looking for about the wheel’s max capacity and was very helpful clarifying the difference between the cheaper wheels sold on amazon. It’s only a $20 difference for a better than stock replacement on a heavy duty trailer. Great customer service, fast shipping with order status updates and the wheel came packaged safely. Highly recommend the product and etrailer.com
Perfect match to original wheels trailer came with
This wheel has a 4400lbs rating and was what I needed. It does have a nice gloss black finish. The price was a little higher then other wheels but the quality is there.
obviously a high quality wheel with a higher weight rating than any other cheaper wheels i found online. noticeably heavier, excellent fit and finish . more expensive yes, but well worth it. My daddy always said, good tires are cheap insurance. i will now add to it, tires and wheels.
The price was right. The fact that I had to pay 22 dollars for shipping and wait a day to get it versus driving 10 miles to pick it up when I needed it was unsettling. The rim came in with multiple scratches on it.
