No, the # TH73WH is designed for the Outride. For the Thule Upride you want the Replacement Rear Wheel Holder Assembly for Thule # TH74VW. I included a review video for the product to check out.

Yes, but I need a front wheel holder, not a rear one. I’ve purchased a rear one from you guys before. Can’t seem to see a front wheel holder for an upride.

@JohnD Hey John, I am going to need to reach out to Thule on this one to confirm. I looked at the instructions for the Upride and that is the only part that is not listed. I will let you know as soon as they get back to me. With it being a Holiday week, might be a few days.

@JohnD Well I received an answer. They currently do not have a front wheel replacement, but it looks like they are in the works of a new bike rack called the Q1 that will have that replacement part for the front wheel that will work for Upride as well. They did not give me a date on when this will be released as it is in the works. What is wrong with the wheel holder? Thule has a limited lifetime warranty, so if it is a defect in the design it should be covered. I am happy to check with my contact if you would like to shoot me over a picture and what happened.
