To change the wheel cradle on the Thule ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack # TH598004, grip the cradle on its sides, pull it apart a bit and pull it off. Then just slide on the Replacement Rear Wheel Holder Assembly for Thule ProRide or ProRide XT Roof Bike Rack # TH74VW.
