Can I put these hubs on a 2200lb axle as long as the bolt pattern and spacing match?

Hey Ryley! The answer to your question is going to depend on the size of your spindle and the bearings your current hubs use. The CE Smith Trailer Idler Hub Assembly item # CE13515 fits a #84 spindle with inner bearing item # L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) and outer bearing item # L44649 (1.063" inner diameter).
You will want to check the sides of your bearings for part numbers. Feel free to comment below once you get this information and I will be happy to either confirm item # CE13515 works or find the correct hub for you.
