Hey Steven, thanks for reaching out. The best cover for the etrailer Tow Bars like part # e74ZR is the etrailer Universal Tow Bar Cover # e76FV. We designed this cover specifically for the etrailer tow bars, but it will also fit tow bars from Demco, Roadmaster, Blue Ox and Curt. It has an adjustable strap in the middles for a snug fit, and it has another strap on the end to keep it secure on the tow bar.

If you plan to store the tow bar on your RV, a cover is definitely worth investing in. Especially since the tow bar arms would slide around freely without something (like a cover) to secure them. I also suggest adding a hitch lock such as part # e98881 for added security.
