Grounding the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Jack on an Aluminum Trailer

I want to buy this e-jack for an aluminum trailer: Stromberg Carlson Trailer Jack - JET-2500 The specs indicate that there is only a red power wire and that the unit is grounded to the trailer with the units bolts. The only part of my trailer that is steel, is the tongue itself, the rest is aluminum so grounding can sometimes be an issue. Is there a grounding wire/location available that I can run to the negative terminal of the trailer battery, or would I need to run a wire from one of the mounting bolts to the battery to ensure a good ground?

In order to ground the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Jack, # JET-2500, I recommend doing just as you said. I would run a wire like # 10-1-1 from one of the mounting bolts to the negative terminal on the battery to ensure an adequate ground.
