Yes, it does! The etrailer Hitch item # e98848 has been confirmed to fit all models of the 2025 Honda CR-V including the hybrid. This class III hitch with a 2" receiver is custom fit and bolts to your Honda with included hardware.
I really like this hitch because of the way it installs. The main crosstube is hidden behind the bumper leaving only the 2" receiver visible. I have attached a couple of pictures along with an installation video so you can see what this hitch looks like when installed.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 118741 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
