Hey Stu,
The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL47PD will not void your 2023 Ford F-150 warranty per the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which basically states unless modifications added to your vehicle (like an air bag kit) are the cause of damage, your warranty still needs to be honored.
Attached is an installation video if you'll be doing the install on your own, as well as a link to our installer locator if you'd rather have a shop do the installation for you.
I also recommend checking out the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980EZ so you can monitor and adjust your air bags on the fly. I know it adds more cost than you were initially looking at, but if you plan on using the air bags frequently this will save you time and frustration since pressure can be adjusted with the press of a button.
