When you’re towing a big trailer or hauling a bed full of gear, rear-end sag can mess with your steering, braking, and headlight aim. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL air springs add up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling capacity so your truck stays level and stable. The large 7" diameter double-bellows design has more air volume than smaller systems, giving greater leveling strength at lower air pressures. That means better control, less squat, and more confidence when the load gets heavy.
Every load is different, so the LoadLifter 7500 XL lets you dial in exactly the support you need. Each spring can be inflated independently to level off-center loads or keep your truck even from front to back. Run as low as 5 psi when empty for a smoother ride, or pump up to 100 psi when carrying serious weight. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included, and they mount neatly on the bumper for easy access.
These air springs are built to take real use. Each bag is made from 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber with high-strength Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than steel. Air Lift’s exclusive upper and lower roll plates protect the springs from damage and extend their life. An internal jounce bumper helps prevent damage if you happen to drive with an underinflated or uninflated bag, so your suspension stays protected even in rough conditions.
Heavy loads don’t just weigh you down—they can make every bump feel worse. The LoadLifter 7500 XL reduces sway and absorbs road shock for smoother handling when towing or hauling. With added stability and reduced bounce, your truck feels planted on curves, highways, and uneven roads. Everything needed for installation is in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, air line tubing, and manual valves. The bolt-on design means no complicated fabrication or custom parts. Helps with the squat and makes the rides smoother than the prior option. Added a wireless air system to make it even better when towing the trailer so we can adjust on the go and not having to remember the correct pressure.

Great kit, that works really well. Took me 5 hours to install, only because I mistakenly installed one of the assemblies on the wrong side intially and I work slow. I drilled 2 holes in my bumper on either side of the license plate to bring the valves to a neat access point. I don't tow every day of the week nor for long distances, so manually checking/adjusting the air pressure is no issue to me. I carry the small/portable Dewalt battery powered air compressor in my truck. Very, very pleased with no more saggy butt truck!

One year later and still going strong. The only issue I’ve had is the unit going to 20psi without any input. I disconnected the pink wire and problem solved. Other than that everything else is smooth sailing

The accompanying instructions provide easy-to-follow assembly and installation steps. All components are bolt-on, with no drilling or vehicle modifications required. Once installed, the Air Springs easily provide an adjustable lift for the rear of the vehicle, which ensures a correct ride height. This is my third vehicle outfitted with Air Lift Air Helper Springs. I highly recommend this brand to anyone considering air helper springs.

a little harder to install only because of the fifth wheel plating, but its on there and does smoother riding overall and glade I pulled the trigger, it will reall help pulling my 42 foot fifth wheel

Installed these on my 2023 Ram 3500 for towing a 35ft RV. Tounge weight of RV resulted in constant headlight flashing from oncoming traffic. With these airbags inflated to 10-15 PSI my headlights no longer blind oncoming drivers. Easy to install, good quality, reasonable price. Would purchase again...

Fit like a glove, well constructed from heavy duty materials. Hooked up an onboard air compressor so I can adjust the air level with a phone app. I haul a very heavy 5th wheel with my 1-ton RAM and these air shocks are priceless!
