The Hydraulic Line Kit for Torsion Axles - Used with 9504 or 9505 # 80910 is a specific-fit hydraulic line. There are a variety of other options available if you're just trying to run a flexible line from your hardline to the caliper. What is the length you're needing?

I believe it's about a foot long.
