Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com and today we're gonna take a real quick look at this DeeMaxx 16-inch long rubber, hydraulic brake hose. This flexible rubber brake line is going to act as part of your trailer's hydraulic braking system. It connects your hydraulic brake actuator to your trailer brakes when used with additional lines and fittings, which are sold separately. And the flexible design is going to make this hose perfect for use with your foldaway trailer tongues, disc brakes and torsion axles. This rubber hose meets the D-O-T and S-A-E standards.
And as you can see here, there are 3/16 of an inch brass male inverted flare fittings on both ends. And brass is softer to provide a better seal than steel fittings. And let me go ahead and straighten this out here just a little bit. I'm gonna pull out my tape measure. I just want to confirm that overall length here with you.
So lining this up here. As you can see, we are sitting right at 16 inches long and the inner diameter of the hose is 1/8 of an inch. Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy.

The order arrived on time. My first order for this project included free delivery.Free delivery doesn’t mean you get it on time. It was a day late. I paid for overnight air on this order and it came in before noon next day like I was promised.

You can judge a company in the way they handle problems. I received a brake hose that had been improperly assembled by the manufacturer. I sled Etrailer (at night!). Brittany listened and said she would ship another one at their expense. I received the hose today. Etrailer quickly took care of the issue. This is a company with whom I want to do business! 5 stars!
These are well constructed, but the flare nuts are of a different size than the other hoses with same specification, I had to use a 10mm wrench on these flare nuts, and they were very tight going into my "T" connectors
