Question:
Micheal H responded to a customer question about the acura tsx sportswagon woring with this response. We have had other customers with the TSX Sport Wagon use the # C59496 wiring harness and have not had any complaints. This is a hardwire trailer wiring harness that fits a lot of different vehicles. Because of its versatility, I am confident it will work well for you. I have included a link to the installation instructions for this wiring harness for you. Could you send me the link he was referring to for installation instructions specific to this car.

If you look at that answer it mentions how wiring harness # C59496 fits many different vehicles. This makes it a universal type of harness. As such there are no vehicle specific instructions available. What you need to do is look at the linked instructions, and determine which type of wiring system your vehicle has. From what I found your 2011 Acura TSX Sport Wagon has a 3-wire system, so you will need to follow those instructions contained in the instructions link.
Basically you will use the included circuit tester to test the tail light wiring on your TSX. The left turn signal only wire will connect to the yellow wire on the harness. Brown is for running lights, red is for brake lights, and green is for right turn signal only. The white wire is ground.
This is also a powered converter so you will need to use the included wiring for a direct connection to the vehicle battery. This is what powers the trailer lights and protects the vehicle wiring. I have included a link to a help article with tips on routing the power wire.
