Is this hitch compatible with a 2024 Mercedes GLE 450e? Part of the lower cargo compartment in the 450e is taken up by a battery and I don’t know whether that interferes with installation.

The location of the battery does not interfere with the location or installation of this hitch. This hitch is a great option for a concealed look when not in use as you are able to completely remove the receiver. This hitch is intended for accessory use only, so it is great for bike racks, cargo carriers, etc. The receiver is not for towing.
