Hello again Marcus; I would be happy to help you sort out the installation of the # STL64RB. You're going to need some extra wire to run this to the center of your trailer so you can use the # 16-1-1 to match the 16 gauge wire that comes with the light. It doesn't matter which side you want to connect the light to so if one is easier to access that is what I would choose.
The white wire is the ground, the black is the tail light circuit, and then the red wire will tap into the stop/turn signal. More than likely you have the standard colors so brown will be the tail lights and green/yellow will be the stop/turn depending on the side. Sometimes wire color varies so it may be necessary to test the wires with a circuit tester # PTW2993 to find the function.
Since the stop/turn signals are combined you will want to filter out the turn signal using the # PP20-702. I went ahead and added the wiring diagram below. This will allow your light to turn on with the brakes but not with the left or right turn signal.

Hey Marcus, how did the wiring go for the Thinline LED light on your trailer? Did the logic module work as expected to keep the turn signals separate from the brake light? Sharing what you found could help others setting up a similar light.
