Hey Roman! The best hitch for your 2025 Subaru Ascent is going to be the etrailer item # e55ZR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Subaru with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that has a 5,000 lbs towing capacity and a 750 lbs maximum tongue weight.
The reason the etrailer item # e55ZR is the best hitch is because of how it installs. The entire hitch installs behind your rear bumper cover and can be completely concealed, by a removable panel, when not being used.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56040 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
