Hey Derek, we actually have replacement drain tubes for the Pace Edwards JackRabbit with the part # PE55TJ which would be what you would want to use over the Retrax drain tubes.

Yes, the Pace Edwards replacement seal part #PE78UV is the correct replacement for your JackRabbit tonneau cover. Then for the tailgate seal you would want the part #PE99CV. We do not have the seal for the cannister at this time.
